Very easy to put together and you don't have to worry about loosing poles as they are all connected *see photo* it goes together easy and comes apart easy due to the strings connecting the poles. It is in 3 sections the end pieces, the chair cover, the poles. It even comes with a carrying case. I am 5'3" and fit in the chair nicely and really need to be taller to fit it perfectly. I do think it is a little pricey but it is very sturdy. Good and study isn't cheap.

Super easy to put together and take apart, probably the easiest of all of my ultralight chairs. Also super comfortable. Once I sat in it, I didn’t want to get up. It’s so comfy I could take a nap.

It also has a couple of nice features, in addition to being compact and lightweight. The rod pockets for the seat have little loops to help make inserting the poles easier. None of my other ultralight chairs have this. And, on one side, it has a mesh pocket for a cell phone or book, and the other a beverage pocket. In addition, the metal frame has Velcro straps to help secure the legs when it’s packet away.

However, two issues—one, it’s really low to the ground, so I had to use assistance to get up. And two, the fabric kept popping off the middle support post. There’s just not enough tension to keep it secure.

Overall, I really like this chair, and I’m definitely going to be using it. I just wish it were a little higher and the middle supports stayed secure.

I was shocked at how small the box was! I couldn’t believe there was a whole chair in there, especially one of this size! It would be super easy to throw in a backpack or duffle bag and take pretty much anywhere. I am over 300lbs and this chair feels sturdy and comfortable. I like that all the pieces stay together except the fabric when you fold it up, and the addition of the Velcro straps is great! The only reason I subtracted a star is it’s a little complicated to put together and take apart. It’s not terrible, but definitely not as easy as other foldable camp type chairs. I think, compared to other camp chairs, that the price is fair, especially given the weight limit being so high and the size of the chair once assembled. I absolutely recommend this chair!

Gave these as a gift to my kids who camp. They loved them. Large enough to be comfortable and small enough to carry. Easy to put together and take apart.

The UFO3.0 Backpacking Camping Chair is a great chair for camping or travel. This chair packs up pretty well in the small and compact bag, but it does take a little bit of effort to put together. It's not one of those chairs you can just pull out, open and sit. It is fairly easy to put together, but it does take a few minutes. The chair itself is very comfortable and sits a bit low to the ground, but not too low to get up easily enough. When packed up into the bag the chair is only about 5lbs, so it can be packed up into a bag or case, but it's not a chair you would want to take on long backpacking trips. It's the perfect chair to throw in a car, on a bike, and take camping, to a cookout, to the beach or a back yard get together. It's really convenient to have around when you need another chair. It's also quite comfortable and even relaxing if you are resting or sitting for awhile in it. I cannot see getting any back or leg fatigue in this chair like you can in other camping chairs. The support is well designed and supports my 200+ pound frame just fine. The legs are pretty sturdy and the feet sit well on any surface whether it's concrete, grass, gravel or sand. The fabric of the seat seems fairly durable and it will last a while and it breaths well. I found it very comfortable and look forward to using this more in the future.

This Backpacking Camping Chair is a good product that has a few features I like, but some definite drawbacks. It was easy to set up and take down, and can attach to your backpack, which is great for backpacking. However, despite being only half of its weight capacity, it feels very rocky. I'm not sure if it was intended to move so much, but I actually found it somewhat comfortable to rock in.

The chair has some design flaws for people with any mobility issues. Being so low to the ground makes getting out a challenge with bad knees. There's also no head support and not a lot of room imho, so it honestly felt like a kids' chair to me. There's also no armrest support to assist in getting out either.

The "drink holder" is not very useful—it's okay for water bottles and thermoses, but anything with an open top will just spill. While it's not the right chair for me, it has a lot of nice features for an able-bodied hiker who wants a small packed size and lightweight seat to carry along. I'll be letting my kids use it instead.

Great chair for times you need to break it down small. I didn’t look at the instructions, but I got it put together in just a few minutes. I didn’t realize the feet would click into place, so that was funny to watch as my daughter sat down in it and popped them into place.
It’s very sturdy, has decent support, folds down very small, and is easy to transport. It seems to be priced about the same as similar chairs, so I guess that makes it a good value. It does seem sturdy and well-made. I think it will hold up well. The hanging storage things are a nice addition, too. Overall, a good chair.

This chair has a good seat height and stability, not super light weight but quite reasonable, the small pack size is great for those with limited space.
When you open the bag it may seem a bit complicated but it is not. I was able to set it up without needing to see any instructions. It also folded up and packed away in its pack very well.
The chair is easy to get up out of, you can use the side arms to push yourself up and out. It flexes a bit as you shift about but that isn't a problem.

This chair was easy to put up and take apart, folding up much like a tent. My old chair was large and cumbersome but this chair is a LOT better for carrying around because it fits in a smaller bag and is much lighter. I could sit in this comfortable, sturdy chair for a long time. I can't wait to use this for outdoor events and camping. What a value for a chair I will use for years. I really like the green leafy print too.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this chair. It packs up much smaller than your typical camping chair, but it's wide enough and sturdy enough to support larger people. I'm over 300 pounds with very wide hips and I can sit in it comfortably for a two hour baseball game. It's small enough to throw into a large tote back or backpack, and relatively lightweight. The tradeoff of course is setup and breakdown are a bit complicated and take more time than your average camping chair. The legs are all elastic attached like tent poles so it's not too bad, but there are a lot of them and they tend to go everywhere until you get them all wrangled with the Velcro straps. Still, it's worth the tradeoff in my opinion for the size and weight. I'll still use our larger chairs for long camping trips as they are much more comfortable for campfire sitting, but this chair is great for kids sporting events and other places where size and weight are a concern.

This chair was purchased as a boy scout camping chair. I purchased one for my grandson and one for me. So far, I am impressed. They pack fairly small and have held up great so far. We'll see how they do on our Alaska trip.
