I'm always looking for a better camp grill solution. I have owned and tried many. This is one of those.After a little bit of confusion setting it up until I came back to the product page, I now realize how it goes, and my first beef: IT is bowed in the center so that in theory, things could roll off and into the fire, which I am famous for.Now, that said, it comes in a nice little case, and does not take up too much room for what flexibility it does give you in terms of cooking fires, stoves, etc. And to have the flat 'griddle' surface for more delicate things like fish or pancakes is a plus.That said, titanium is awful to cook from, but this is about compromise, and for the light weight and flexibility of this grill, you do give up a little bit.But overall, Hamsterpotamus thinks it is pretty cool. She is worried about me bending the legs permanently given the design, so I will report back if this fails within the first year.

Great little grill. Doubles nicely as a cooking or prep table, worked perfectly wrapped salmon on top of some coals. Assembly is easy, very sturdy and well made. Griddle side could be used for eggs/bacon probably even small pancakes too. Super light great product for backpacking!

I ordered 3 of these grills. 1 for myself and 2 for my camping buddies. Is the grill light enough…Yes. I have not weighed it but it’s weight doesn’t change my backpack’s weight enough to notice. Many reviews say the case is not good. It’s ok for storage at home. I wrapped my grill in aluminum foil in my pack and place it in a gallon sized ziplock bag. The rigidity of the grill is fair over high heat as the grill starts to bend down towards the heat of the fire 🔥. The simple solution: when you are done grilling, flip the grill over and let the heat of the fire bend it back to flat then remove it from the fire. The cooking surface is large enough to grill one steak 🥩 or one trout at a time or 2 burgers.

Very sturdy, but not light. It would be a stretch for more than a couple of nights backpacking. I wanted this for kayak camping.

A titanium grill might be overkill for most situations, and value for the money can be so relative. If doing extended hiking, the weight saved could be quite critical and well worth the investment, but for casual use, it seems very expensive. Titanium is a wonderful material choice with numerous great qualities besides weight. The modular assembly is easy (once you finally figure out the leg placement!)

This makes cooking on the campfire so much easier! Great tool. Tough, sturdy, easy to clean. Light weight, so it's easy to transport. Cools down quickly so it doesn't hold you up when it's time to break camp. Very nice. Highly recommend.

I love this and have used it primarily as a small table and want another!!!Its the perfect hight for backing chairs and was just amazing to have on the trip.I packed mine in the same area as my solor panels and didn't even notice it in my bag.At the end I did grill some chicken on it and turned out great! Having the ability to pull food off the heat with the two sides makes up for not having height control.15/10 no regrets love it get it.

Every time I pick this up i'm amazed at how light it is! It fits over my portable stove perfectly and is great for any outdoor adventure that wants to save weight anywhere they can. I'm a sucker for titanium and this calls to me for so many reasons, just love it!

I got this because last time we went camping we had no grate over our fire pit and this would have been handy. It doesn’t disappoint. Low profile folded with a carrying bag.

The surface area of the grill is large enough to fit standard sized pots and pans. It's over 13 inches across the long way. There are no assembly instructions, but it was easy to figure out and put together. If you're unsure, you could always look at the picture in the product listing which should be enough to get it assembled. The assembled grill is sturdy. With the grill being constructed of titanium, I expect that it will be durable. The titanium is rated as food-grade which means that you could cook directly on it. If you were to do that, I would recommend using some kind of non-stick spray to make cleanup easier. The weight of the grill is light and it comes disassembled in a pouch. This makes it easy to pack for camping or a hike. There's enough room under the grill to different types of heat sources, such as wood, charcoal, gas, etc. I am very satisfied with this grill.

I am thinking the listed weight is for the version that has a double grill, not one half grill and one half griddle/table. Because when I was assembling it, the griddle side is noticeably heavier than the grill side. The weight is closer to a pound and a half than .6. So, for those true ultralight hikers out there, this one probably won't rate taking along. But for those of us who will be hiking with others and don't mind a bit more weight, this thing is awesome.First of all, when you assemble it, it stays together and doesn't fall apart while you are messing around with flames. One side can be used to fry eggs and bacon while the other side is good for fish and other proteins or even vegetables over or near an open flame. You can set a cup or pot on it without worrying about it falling over or getting tipped too easily.The feet sit soundly on the ground and are easy to get placed correctly.Finally, there is one thing I really like about this grill that many others just don't get. It doesn't have any sharp edges. What I mean is that some other grills have pointy edges that can wear a hole in the bag or your pack. This one is all rounded off, so I don't worry about it.The one negative about this grill is the price. I haven't priced a ton of titanium grills that are this size, but it sure seems like a lot to pay 90$ for a grill that is primarily used for multiple people at a camp. So, if they could get the price down a bit, it would be a no-brainer. Overall, a great product, but I would do a price check before taking the plunge.

Super lightweight and packable! Definitely worth the money

Sweet self standing camping grill. Perfect for backpacking. Since it has a flat top side, it would probably cut your weight down on bringing a pan, still would want something to boil with, but you can cook multiple items with this thing (eggs, pancakes, etc..) It is not super big, would certainly take longer to cook for a large group. For 2-4 people, would be perfect. Comes woth a nice carrying case it all fold down into.

Overall this thing is rad. It's a *full* freestanding grill that only weighs about a pound (less than 600g without the bag. It won't ever be as light weight as the tiny camp grills that include just a tiny grill, so at first glance it may seem a bit heavy for backpacking. However, the utility it offers relative to its weight is extraordinary. You get a full-sized cooking surface that you don't have to spend time finding rocks or carving logs for in the hope of making it sit level enough to cook your food. The fact that it has both a flat and a grated cooking surface gives you the ability to use it regardless of what state your fire's in- when the flames are high, you can keep your food from burning in direct flame to an extent by using the flat surface grill, and when the fire is lower you can use the grated grill to maximize your food's exposure to the heat.Also, (assuming you sterilize it with heat) it can function as a small sterile table to do your meal-prep on and eat off of, giving you a distinctly more civilized experience than having to set your cups and bowls on a groundcloth or on the ground.If you're backpacking, I think the correct way to think about this grill is the same way you would a 1lb camp chair- not strictly necessary from a survival standpoint, but really nice to have & a bit of a morale booster.
