Does the high back require additional assembly?
You just slide the top bars into the bottom bars & they click into place. It can be folded completely assembled, just won't fit in the storage bag.
How do you fold it up?
Prior to closing, make sure seat is in most upright position. Turn chair upside down, facing you. One foot on the top and fold armrests to bottom of seat.
