Has anyone had a problem with the back pinching in when you lean back? some chairs like this have a cross bar for the top
As one who has spent some amount of time sitting in this chair, I can state that I, nor anyone else who has used this chair has complained of the chair "pinching" when sitting or leaning back into the chair. Actually, just the opposite. I've had several people state they love the way the chair encompasses their body while seated in the chair. This chair does have a cross-member that spans the top of the chair's back just above where the "pillow" is (to add rigidity and strength). I suppose that, if one was of just the right torso length, the back of their head could possibly "fall" onto of this cross-member, or bar, and be somewhat unpleasant. Neither I, my wife, nor her parents have had this problem. In fact, my father-in-law did not want to return the chair, he wanted to replace the chair he currently uses. All in all, a very high-quality chair, somewhat lightweight and easy to assemble and disassemble and return to its carrying case. I and my wife are not ultra-light backpackers and so we are guilty of taking these chairs with us when we backpack over two or three days. Highly recommended...
