  • 3D Box Quilting: Expertly designed to optimize down fluffiness and thermal insulation. The three-dimensional structure ensures maximum warmth by forming a breathable cavity between layers, enhancing insulation while reducing overall weight.

  • Unique Down Blend: Filled with Coldmaster™ Down, 450 grams of high-performance down and cotton blend—55% premium 90/10 down and 45% ball cotton. This combination offers the warmth of down while minimizing moisture absorption, ensuring you stay cozy in all conditions.

  • Durable Yet Lightweight Fabric: Made with 20D nylon and 15D nylon that is both tear-resistant and water-repellent. This high-density fabric reduces the weight of the sleeping bag without sacrificing durability and is easy to clean.

  • Perfect Fit: Sized at 220×80-55 cm (86.6×31.5-21.7 inches), the bag fits most standard sleeping pads, providing a snug, insulated experience while reducing cold spots.

  • Comfort-Oriented Design: Features include a 3D foot compartment that conforms to your body, a drawstring hood for warmth, and arc quilting that reduces the movement of filling, preventing cold spots even when you sleep on your side.

  • Eco-Friendly & Sustainable: The sleeping bag uses renewable ball cotton, a recycled material that is environmentally friendly. The unique down mix is designed for high resilience, lightweight comfort, and superior warmth in tough outdoor conditions.

  • Adjustable Comfort Levels: With a comfort rating of 6°C (42.8°F), a limit temperature of 1°C (33.8°F), and an extreme rating of -14°C (6.8°F), this sleeping bag offers versatile performance across a range of temperatures.

Great snuggle for the value

We needed a cheap but quality sleeping bag that works well for our occasional camping trip. We used a sleeping bag from Walmart and it was not good at all. I still felt cold and it was not a fun time. This changed my experience drastically. The travel case was a nice bonus.

Great sleeping bag

I am 6"2' tall, on the slim side for sure, and the bag fits me well. As far as I can tell right now, it seems to be pretty decent quality. Temperature wise I'd say you could go close to 32 degrees but not lower than that - except for those of us who are they own mighty heat source.
I like the rolled up size of it and how the "carry case" (they call it compression sack) -which is part of the sleeping bag- allows you to tighten it all up to make it even more compact. With the weight just a notch over 2 pounds, I'd say it works for hiking trips and can be called ultralight. The (high) price reflects the (good)

Nice bag

I have a North Face Trail Lite down bag that is very similar in features and price to this Atepa bag. Since North Face is a well-known brand I thought it might be useful to compare them.
• Loft: Subjectively the North Face seems a little puffier, which implies it might be a bit warmer. The total weights are similar: I measure 2 pounds 2 oz (North Face) and 2 pounds even (Atepa), including stuff sacks.
• Size: The Atepa is slightly wider around the chest and knees than the North Face bag. This might make it a little less warm, but it also might make it a bit more comfortable, especially if you’re claustrophobic in a mummy bag. See picture (Atepa on the right).
• Construction: The Atepa bag has a few minor cold spots where the down has shifted out of position. The North Face bag doesn’t have this problem; possibly it has better baffling to keep the fill in place.
• Zipper jam: The zipper on the North Face is very good, i.e., it rarely jams. The zipper on the Atepa is also very good – maybe even better than the North Face. It never seems to jam.
• Zipper length: The North Face is only ¾ length, while the Atepa is a nice full-length zipper.
• Atepa extras: The Atepa has an extra cord in the chest area for cinching the sleeping bag closer to your body for extra warmth, and it has a Velcroed pocket at chest level for stowing your phone. It also includes a nice compression sack for minimizing packing size. This is better than the North Face bag, which just has an ordinary stuff sack. See picture (Atepa on the left).
In summary, I like my North Face bag and would happily give it five stars if I were reviewing it. In practice, I'll probably take my North Face bag if I'm expecting cooler weather. For warmer weather, however, I'd go with the Atepa bag because of extra features described above.
One final note: you should be a little skeptical when you see pictures of the Atepa bag on the Amazon product page. The actual bag doesn’t poof out nearly as much as the pictures indicate

Great

We travel a lot, so I thought that with such a high quality sleeping bag and down filling you would not have to leave your down bed during your trip, so I asked for this mummy sleeping bag, which is a bit unusual. I was not disappointed either, the sleeping bag is of very high quality, described in detail and lightweight, about 1 kg. The item was delivered in a roll and space-saving packaging, with an additional storage bag and product information and washing instructions in a very economical font size (can only be read with a magnifying glass). The product is very warm and comfortable (although I tried it immediately and it became even more lush after 2 days of drying), I am happy to recommend this high quality item

Warm, light, and easy to pack

Got this for my 12-year-old for a one-week camp. I picked the adult size so he can use it longer. It’s super light, really warm, and packs down small in the stuff sack. The fabric feels nice and strong — great for summer trips in the mountains.

Provides good warmth and great size for hiking

Color is great, it’s really a cool color. As for function, zippers work well. I tested it out with two nights ranging in about 40-45 degrees F, provides good warmth, I was not cold nor overly hot, got a good nights sleep both nights. It’s super lightweight and compacts down to a small size good for hiking trips.

good bag

the bag is thin and easy to put back away, so the thin part is not giving you a bed of comfort. the bag is well made. The zipper is great the material is great. i cant say that it's great in freezing weather but its good in the upper 30's. The bag holds me just fine i am 6ft and 230 lbs. The bag is a good deal for what it cost.

Very impressive backpacking sleeping bag. It’s better quality than some high priced bags!

Used this last night and it’s WAY BETTER THAN I THOUGHT! This sleeping bag looks, Feels, operates like a more premium sleeping bag. I slept outside last night using this sleeping bag. It was’t extremely cold around 42 degrees. I stayed warm and cozy all night. This bag really hits way above its level. It uses Dow duck feathers 650 fill if I remember correctly. The zippers are super smooth, It goes in the bag easy it’s really compact. I’m fairly new to backpacking but I’m honestly blown away with the quality of this sleeping bag. This bag has a hood that does a good job of keeping the heat on the inside. This sleeping bag company is a smaller company that’s fairly new and I can honestly say if they keep up the work like this they are going to be huge in the backpacking community. This isn’t like a Coleman you get this is a high quality lightweight sleeping bag.

Only complaint I have is that this sleeping bag is alittle small imo. Unfortunately all these backpacking sleeping bags are small like this one. Unless you get a quilt style or XL type you will be dealing with this on any brand sleeping bag that’s for backpacking.

Looking this sleeping bag over you can tell it’s a quality bag. It might not be the same as a 600 bag but it definitely hits above its level.

Great camping gear

My son needed a quick option for an activity he was attending, but I wanted something sturdy to last. He said it was very comfortable and kept the temperature very comfortable. He's the size of a man and he covered his entire body with room to spare. He liked the color alot and was able to store it easily. I thought it was a good price and seems like it will last

Good fit

Ultralight Down Sleeping Bag is a backpacking dream! Incredibly lightweight and packs down to the size of a water bottle, yet it provides surprisingly good warmth. Comfortable and cozy, this sleeping bag is a must. I am 5'10" and about 202 lbs. I found it comfortable and warm... not suffocating warm but warm enough. Used it in 37 to 40 degree F weather and was comfortable

Good sleeping bag for down to 40F degrees

I don't really rough it and camp outdoors when it's colder so this is perfect for light camping. Last time it was about 42 degrees at night in 3 person tent and this was enough, any lower and I'd need another layer. Super compact and easy to carry. Highly recommend.

A fantastically well thought out sleeping bag!

I spent some years in the Army and had missed my 3-layer sleep system. This sleeping bag is a gucci version of the 2nd layer and it is built much better. Things I really like: the zipper is built so as to not be able to get caught in the fabric & the inner lining feels soft on my skin instead of slick, which always bothered me on other sleeping bags. The other things is that this class of sleeping bag is the most useful one.

My suggestions: if you are ever roughing it, get a waterproof, tearproof outer shell layer to combine with this one. That's the first layer in the Army sleep system and you can practically sleep in the rain assuming your head is covered. Then, get a pad layer to insulate you from the ground, and to make you more comfortable. Add some kind of camping pillow and you are set all the way down to freezing. Need to go lower? Get a 3rd layer!

Warm and Well-made

This is a very well-made sleeping bag. It's lightweight and extremely compact. My favorite feature is that the zipper is designed in a way that it won't catch on the bag and get stuck. Genius! It's warm too. It's just long enough for my husband to fit in. He's 5'10", so I wouldn't get it if you are much taller than that.

Very comfortable

This ultralight sleeping bag is made of down. It feels comfortable, lofty, and warm. It appears to be well constructed, and the cloth and zippers are of good quality materials. It’s a little expensive, but I believe it well worth it.

Temp rating accurate

Got this for my teen for backpacking and he was comfortable in it below 40 degrees, though at 25 he needed extra layers and ended up using a couple hand warmers.

Nice Mid-Priced Sleeping Bag

This is a nice bag. It is duck-down filled and the rating of about 43º seems to pretty reasonable. I'm 6' tall and 200 lbs and the bag seems to be a pretty decent fit. Broad enough for my shoulders but certainly no extra room.

The design is nice. I like the "3D" footbox that puts a flat bottom on the bag which makes feel nice having my feet in the bottom of the bag instead of them being a little cramped like bags that taper at the bottom.

The current price of about $130 with the current coupon makes the price pretty reasonable for the style of bag. It seems to be of similar quality to name brand bags but more affordably priced.

I really like how compact the bag is making it great for backpacking at just over 2 lbs.

Overall, I'm happy with the "ATEPA Ultralight Down Sleeping Bags for Adults with 650FP, Cold Weather Waterproof Backpacking Werable Mummy Sleeping Bag for Camping, Backpacking with Compression Sack".
