Return & Refund
This policy is formulated under the principle of "customer first & win-win result". We aim to offer satisfying service that benefits all of our customers.
1. What product can be returned for a refund or replacement?
Most products sold on BRoadout can be returned for a refund or replacement for no reason. But some of products like clothes and footwear are not allowed to be returned or replaced unless they are unable to wear or use. If you are not sure about whether the product you want to buy can be returned or not, you can consult with our customer service via email@example.com.
2. Time limits for return & refund policy?
You may return any new, unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. If the item is opened, but unwashed, unworn, unused, still with tags on it, you can make a return within 30 days of delivery for any reasons. Beside, if the item is damaged during shipping, you can also return the item with 30 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
3. Warranty information
We provide up to 1-year warranty for items sold on BRoadout. We will provide accessories for free to fix it within warranty time. (Except clothes & footwear)
4. How to cancel the order or exchange the items?
If you want to cancel the order, please email to our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org . We will refund you directly if the items are not shipped yet. If the items have been shipped, we need you to send the package back, by then we will refund you within 2 business days. If you want to exchange the item, we suggest that you cancel the previous order and re-order the product you like.
5. When can I receive the refund after applying for refund?
After we receive your application, we will process your refund within 48 hrs, and email to inform you that your refund application has been approved, and you will get your money back within 7 business days.
6. How to apply for return?
You can either apply for return on your own through BRoadout.com or contact our customer service email@example.com. The detail procedure are as following.

- step 1 Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with content including your order number, item(s) you intent to return, return reason, product condition and return solution. Once it's approved, you will receive a return authorization and a return label. Do not return product to BRoadout without authorization.
step 2 After receiving return instructions from us, please print the return label and package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
step 3 Drop off your package (label included) at the local post office we referred to.
7. Can I make the return when the item is still during shipping?
Yes, you can apply to return on the website or just contact us at email@example.com to let us know you are going to make a return. But you should get the item first and follow the steps of returning items so as to complete the return process.
8. Can I cancel the order if the item hasn't been shipped?
Yes, you can cancel the order by contacting us via firstname.lastname@example.org if your items are not been shipped. You can get a full refund within 7-9 business days.
9. Who is responsible for the shipping fee when I return the item?
- We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- If the return is requested by consumers for other reasons, consumer should pay for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be calculated according to the standards of the express company you choose.
- No restocking fee will be charged from consumers for returning a product.
