I was tent camping in Wyoming and this became a necessary piece of equipment when a cold front came through. My bag was rated for the temperatures but I would have been uncomfortable if I hadn't used the quilt in conjunction with my bag.

Die Decke ist wirklich super leicht und klein verpackt. Dennoch hält sie super warm und hat bei mir die ersten Wäsche ohne Probleme überstanden. Nur das trocknen ist etwas müßig. Aber das ist bei Daunen ja normal.

I purchased this blanket last week. I've been keeping my thermostat fairly low all winter to help save on heating bill. At 63 it does get a little chilly at times. I thought hey, I have my new blanket. I've been wearing like a shawl or as a giant bib. After awhile it does get warm and I have to take it off. It is really easy to stuff back in its bag. The zipper pull is tiny so I put on key chain split ring so I have something to hang on to. I can hardly wait till it warms up to camping weather. No regrets and I don't anticipate any.
I was very hesitant to spend this much money. I travel extremely light, only smallest wheelie and shoulder bag. I do however get cold and miserable at night. My experience on winter nights in Morocco. Riad staff are very willing to provide heavy blankets, so heavy I can barely turn over!! With this wonderful product I only need one. Same in cold Europe winters. So very easy to re-stuff, even for me. Soon will be going toRomania, Bulgaria and then to Morocco again. Four months all together in winter and “she” will go with me. Can’t recommend enough. Bite the bullet and buy it!!
I got this blanket a couple months ago because I was going to be backpacking around Europe, and I’m so glad I did. It’s super warm, feels soft, and packs up really small. Even once it’s zipped into its sack (which is conveniently part of the blanket so you won’t lose it) you can still squish it down quite a bit. It’s also really quick to get in and out of its sack which is great for plane/bus rides. It’s really warm but I don’t know if it could replace a sleeping bag for any outdoors trips, but for general travel/ car rides it was great!
This blanket came in very handy on a recent pack trip to Yellowstone. Slept out in the open and this worked great to create a heat/cold barrier. I was sleeping in a 19F sleeping bag and used this for extra comfort. It was amazing. Can easily double as a camp pillow. I didn't use it as a wrap, but the draw strings and accessories would be good for that. I machine washed it in warm water (front loader) when I returned and dried it in the dryer on med-low. Held up very well. I would highly recommend this to anyone going camping.
I use this weekly on the baseball fields, or at least did prior to spring weather. If I could improve one thing it would be the zipper by adding a flap or something so as to not catch the material when zipping back into pouch. takes a bit of practice to do it because it is a "puffy blanket. " Well worth the money.
I like the snaps, the draw string and how it fits into a small bag to take camping. It's small but depending on your needs t may be perfect. I hope it lasts awhile. I am concerned for washing it, I have not yet and really don't want to ruin it.
Am super satisfied with this product! Needed a packable blanket for the dessert in Jordan. Big enough to cover my shoulders to my feet. Snaps into a sleeping bag and has drawstrings to cinch. The only problem is the dog has adopted it for her own!
