A TIP FOR DEFLATING - As all self-inflatable, this will take a little elbow grease to roll back up. Suggest rolling once to get as much air out as possible. Opening the valve, starting at the opposite end, and rolling it up as tight as possible. Laying your body on it as you roll is a must to get max air out. Don't forget to close the valve when complete.
