FUNDANGO Folding Chair Lounge Chair with Foot Rest

POSITIVES:Footrest is easy to unzip and drop, then remove.Unlike some others I've tried, the footrest won't come off while you are using it, but it is easy to remove if you want to.The net-like material is lightweight and breaths well to keep skin cool. The cup holder and side pouches are very handy.NEGATIVES:I bought 3 of these chairs to take to the beach and had 2 concerns.After a day at the beach, all 3 chairs refused to collapse. As it turns out, sand got into the plastic pieces that have to slide for the chair to collapse (I will try to add pictures later). All 6 joints (2 per chair) had to be tapped and worked up and down to get the sand out before they would slide to fold up. The sand also got into the footrest joints, preventing removal of the footrest. (See attached photo)The other concern was the locking holes used for the back's tilt position. Some of the holes appear to be a bit "stretched". I am 210 pounds, and the heaviest of the 3, but I am now concerned about the sturdiness of the construction as it relates to the tube thickness.

The reclining and footrest feature make this an unusually comfortable camping chair. Construction feels sturdy, no real complaints. I would recommend this for anyone looking to add a little more lounging to the outdoor activities.

Overall, I really like this chair. Its nice to have the choice to sit upright or recline while reading. The only downside is the carrying case. It is paper thin - like tissue paper! I expect the chair to fall through the bottom any day now.

We bought these to take on a trip next April when we will view the eclipse. This one fit both myself and my husband the best of the three we tried. I am small and he is large, so size didn't matter. It does what it is supposed to do. The Nurtudis did not recline, as claimed. The BiAnYC was the most sturdy, but we both slipped forward so that our feet dangled off of the end. It also wasn't as comfortable in the lower back. The head pillow was softer, however. It was $80 for one. The Fundango was cheaper, 2 for $115. Even at that, I have to put a thin seat cushion on the bottom and a thin lumbar pillow at my lower back. My husband doesn't need to do either. It is light weight at nine pounds and both will fit in a 36 inch Rolland Rolling Duffel bag that we also bought off Amazon.

These are so comfortable. I'm 6 foot and I can recline slouch and my feet sit perfectly on the foot rest. Don't think. Just buy

Received a broken chair and was sent a replacement. The chair is comfortable and great for the drive-in.

I love these chairs. They are very comfortable and lightweight. They fold up easily and are easily carried with the straps on their bags. The mesh is nice as it allows you to stay cool. I don't know how they will hold up over time but I'll enjoy them while I have them.

I liked it was easy to put together, its compact and easy to carry. I took it to the beach and was very comfortable.

Top part of chair is wobbly when you lay back which is frustrating. But I like the recliner, wish there was a little cooler or another cup holder in the chair though

Light weight with easy to use way to tilt the top back. Good add on features to make sitting at the beach more comfortable. Unfortunately there was one rivet missing on one leg......all still works well.....will find a work around

I purchased this chair to lay in the sun. Although it's not the best chair for sun bathing (it's not designed for you to lay on your stomach) it is a comfortable chair and I still use it daily. I'm happy with this purchase

Comfy and works as supposed. It sits stable and doesn't wobble. this has a 300# limit, the overall size is a little smaller than I'd like. It's not airline seat small but could be a bit higher in the back and wider in the bottom for those big and tall men out there.

This chair folds up easily, even with the footrest attached. It is lower than other chairs, but that makes it perfect for the boat or beach. I have bad knees, so I was concerned about the height. I've had no problems getting in or out!

It isnt easy to figure out how to fold foot rest down, so if I dont need a footrest I use a different chair

I was expecting this chair to be super heavy to carry in the bag and to my surprise it is NOT!!! This is a nice chair for sporting events and even the campground. It has a footrest attached to it that you can take off by unzipping it. The footrest has two poles that easily pop into the base for leg extension. There is a button on both sides of the chair that is used to adjust the back of the seat. The chair is mesh so air can circulate through it. Overall nice chair, sturdy chair for the price.
